Job Summary
Manage weekly sales goals for automotive keys by intercepting customers at big box retailers and car dealerships to provide expert on-site demonstrations. Partner with mobile locksmith technicians to sell key fobs directly, developing routes that maximize sales while maintaining showroom conditions for your mobile van. Operate as a model for future sales staff by collaborating with managers to set standards for Mobile excellence and deliver exceptional service to build partnerships with new business accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in direct sales or sales management experience
- Previous experience in the locksmith, auto or retail industry
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Computer proficiency and comfort using apps and emails on a cell phone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Persuasive, influential, customer-focused, and committed to exceptional service
- High energy, motivated, results-driven, and excited to sell tools and grow your career
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for holidays
- Must be available for early mornings
- Must be available for evenings
- Must be available for nights
- Must be available for flexible hours
