Job Summary
Replace automotive glass by following quality standards and perform repairs on damaged glass. Complete pre and post inspections with customers, utilizing various tools and scanning equipment. Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damage while effectively prioritizing daily tasks. Document repair orders on a mobile device. Maintain physical stamina for activities including kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. This role supports Caliber Auto Glass's mission to restore the rhythm of your life through safe, high-quality mobile service.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
