Job Summary
Mobile Diagnostic Technician role performing diagnostic duties and customer support, including assisting customers, handling inbound/outbound calls related to Autel scanning unit procedures, researching and explaining vehicle technology issues, and using advanced diagnostic equipment to diagnose and address vehicle control system issues. Must have 2+ years of diagnostic experience, possess or obtain required tools, and be able to pass pre-employment screenings; benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid vacation/holidays, and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
- I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
