Job Summary
Automotive Mobile Diagnostic Technician responsible for applying technical knowledge to assist customers, supporting Autel scanning unit via phone, answering technical questions related to scanning procedures, and researching/understanding/ resolving vehicle technology issues. Includes use of diagnostic equipment, hands-on diagnostics, and delivering quality customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment; requires 2+ years of diagnostic experience, tools to perform duties, and familiarity with I-CAR and ASE considerations as preferred certifications. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required
- I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
