Job Summary
Mobile Diagnostic Technician is responsible for applying technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues for customers, supporting Autel scanning procedures, explaining diagnostic results, and researching issues as needed. The role requires 2+ years of diagnostic experience, tools for the job, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred. The position offers company-provided equipment, benefits from day one, paid training, and growth opportunities; located in West Texas with on-site work in Midland and Odessa, TX. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required
- I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Minimum age 21+
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service
