Job Summary
Conduct all-purpose diagnostic duties using the Autel scanning unit, including answering inbound and outbound phone calls, applying technical knowledge to assist customers, and researching technology issues to explain and resolve them. Perform consistent physical activity involving reaching, kneeling, bending, and squatting while lifting objects over 50 lbs. Work in a fast-paced environment handling advanced computerized vehicle control systems and soft touch interior trim repairs. Requires 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician with I-CAR & ASE certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Minimum age requirement of 21+ years
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
