Job Summary
Mobile Diagnostic Technician responsible for applying diagnostic knowledge to service customers, utilizing Autel scanning unit, addressing technical questions related to scanning procedures, and researching/explicating technology issues on vehicles. Role includes handling inbound/outbound calls in support of scanning processes, communicating effectively with customers, and performing duties with a focus on quality. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
- I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
