Job Summary
Apply technical knowledge to assist customers while answering inbound and outbound phone calls regarding Autel scanning unit procedures. Conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve technology issues on vehicles. Perform all-purpose duties including soft touch repair of delicate interior trim components and advanced diagnostic work on computerized vehicle control systems. Requires 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician with I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred. Must possess the ability to perform consistent physical activity, including lifting objects over 50 lbs. Join a team handling multiple types of repairs with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and factory programming software.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Minimum age requirement of 21+ years
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
