Job Summary
Apply technical knowledge to assist customers, answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel scanning units, and conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve technology issues on vehicles. Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers while working through competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Perform all-purpose duties including advanced knowledge of complicated computerized vehicle control systems and soft touch repair of delicate interior trim components. Must have 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred. Requires ability to do consistent physical activity including lifting objects over 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Minimum age requirement of 21+ years
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
