Job Summary
Conduct all-purpose diagnostic duties for customers using the Autel scanning unit, including answering inbound and outbound phone calls, researching, explaining, and resolving technology issues on vehicles. Apply technical knowledge to assist with scanning procedures and provide personable customer service to internal and external clients while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requires 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician with I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred. Must be able to perform consistent physical activity including lifting objects over 50 lbs and pass all pre-employment screenings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Minimum age requirement of 21+ years
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
