Job Summary
Apply technical knowledge to assist customers, answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of the Autel scanning unit, and answer technical questions relating to scanning procedures. Conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve technology issues on the vehicle. Perform all-purpose duties including hands-on mechanical repair, replacement of suspension and drive modules, and soft touch interior trim components. Requires 2+ years of experience as a diagnostic technician with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred. Must be able to lift objects over 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks
- Minimum age requirement of 21+ years
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
