Job Summary
Perform diagnostic and mechanical repairs on vehicles under the supervision of an experienced technician, adhering to OE specifications and repair standards. Gain hands-on experience across a wide range of manufacturers while receiving mentorship and training in advanced computerized vehicle control systems. Execute soft touch repairs on delicate interior trim components and utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and factory programming software. Maintain consistent physical activity including kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. This role offers up to $32.00 per flag hour with immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus paid vacation and I-CAR/ASE certifications. Join a team with over 20 years of experience in automotive repair and development.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
