Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks, inspect and diagnose vehicles, and handle a range of services such as oil changes, fluid checks, part replacements, and tire mounting/balancing. Responsibilities include completing state-mandated inspections, lifting heavy items (over 50 pounds), and using a personal toolkit. Preferred qualifications include state inspection licenses and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5). The role offers weekly pay with benefits, and walk-in interviews are available. The position is full-time and located at Mavis Tire service centers in the Leesburg area (Dulles, VA).
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or equivalent
- extensive personal toolbox for undercar repairs
