Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and shocks. Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and replace worn parts. Dismounting, mounting, balancing, and rotating tires are part of duties. Must have an extensive toolbox and be able to lift items over 50 pounds. 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States; 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair or equivalent required. ASE certifications in G1 (Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair), A4 (Suspension and Steering), and A5 (Brakes) preferred. On-the-job training and opportunities for career growth offered. Specialize in undercar repairs and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent
- extensive personal toolbox of tools for undercar repairs
