Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services including undercar repairs, brake work, strut and shock replacement, state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and tire rotation and balancing. Maintain an extensive toolbox of personal tools required for these duties. This role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting items over 50 pounds regularly. Full-time employment with competitive weekly pay and incentive compensation. Walk-in interviews available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- Extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to crawl
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
- Must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- State inspection license(s)
- ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1)
- ASE Certifications in Suspension and Steering (A4)
- ASE Certifications in Brakes (A5)
