Job Summary
Automotive Mechanic responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing a wide range of undercar repairs and automotive services at Mavis Tires & Brakes; duties include brakes, struts, shocks, oil and filter changes, fluid checks, replacement of worn parts, tire dismount/mount/balance, and completing state-mandated inspections. Requires 2 years of experience and/or training or equivalent demonstrated ability; must have an extensive toolbox of personal tools; 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States. ASE certifications are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of automotive repair and/or training experience
- possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools
- State inspection license(s) preferred
- ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5) preferred
