Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks. Responsibilities also include completing state inspections, changing oil and filters, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and mounting/demounting, rotating, and balancing tires. Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, and the ability to lift items over 50 pounds. 2 years of experience or equivalent training is required; state inspection license and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) preferred. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent education/training
- Extensive toolbox of personal tools
- Legal-authorized to work in the United States
