Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics needed to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Phillipsburg, NJ area. Responsibilities include performing undercar repairs (brakes, struts, shocks), completing state-mmandated inspections, changing oil and filters, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and mounting/dismounting and balancing tires. The role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting over 50 pounds; strong emphasis on safety, quality service, and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent education/training
- Extensive toolbox of personal tools for undercar repairs
