Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics needed to inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar repairs at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Franklin Square, NY. Responsibilities include brakes, struts and shocks work, completing state inspections, changing oil and filters, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and mounting/dismounting tires with balancing. Requires physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 50+ pounds, and use a broad set of automotive tools; 18+ years old, legal work status in the US, and typically 2 years of related experience or training. Preferred qualifications include state inspection licenses and ASE Certifications (G1, A4, A5).
