Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles, including undercar repairs, brakes, struts, and shocks. Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and handle tire operations such as dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing. Maintain an extensive toolbox of personal tools required for these tasks. This full-time role in Sinking Spring, PA requires standing, walking, and lifting items over 50 pounds. Applicants must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and possess 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training. ASE Certifications in Maintenance and Light Repair, Suspension and Steering, and Brakes are preferred. Competitive weekly pay with health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off is provided.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- extensive tool box of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
- state inspection license(s)
- ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1)
- ASE Certifications in Suspension and Steering (A4)
- ASE Certifications in Brakes (A5)
- ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
- regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
