Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar repairs (including brakes, struts, and shocks), complete state-mandated inspections, perform oil changes and fluid checks, and dismount/mount/balance tires. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and assisting with heavy items; requires 2 years of experience or equivalent training and a toolbox of personal tools. Preferred qualifications include state inspection licenses and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5). The position is full-time at Mavis’s Augusta/Evans, GA-area service centers with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
