Job Summary
Automotive Mechanic responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing a wide variety of undercar automotive services. Primary duties include repairs on brakes, struts, and shocks; completing state-m mandated inspections; changing oil and filters; checking fluids; replacing worn parts; dismounting/mounting, rotating, and balancing tires. Requires lifting and moving items over 50 pounds and active employment in a high-volume service environment. Qualifications include 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training, and a personal tools collection; state inspection license and ASE certifications are preferred. Required Qualifications
- (1) be at least 18 years of age
- (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States
- (3) possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- (4) possess an extensive tool box of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
