Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics sought to inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services at Mavis Tire & Brakes centers in the Scarsdale/White Plains area. Responsibilities include undercar repairs such as brakes, struts, and shocks, completing state inspections, oil and filter changes, fluid checks, parts replacement, tire dismounting/mounting/balancing, and related maintenance tasks. Candidates should have at least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training, be capable of lifting items over 50 pounds, and possess their own toolbox. Preferred qualifications include state inspection licenses and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5). The role offers full-time employment with competitive weekly pay and a benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent education/training/experience
- Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
