Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics perform a wide range of undercar repairs (brakes, struts, shocks), inspections, oil/filters, fluid checks, part replacements, tire mounting/rotating/balancing, and other vehicle-maintenance tasks. The role requires 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training, a personal tools toolbox, and the ability to lift heavy items. ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) and state inspection licenses are preferred. The position is full-time in the Bronx, NY area with benefits and opportunities for career growth; 18+ and legal work authorization in the US are required. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of automotive repair and/or training or equivalent experience/education
- Extensive personal tools for automotive repair
- State inspection licenses (preferred)
- ASE Certifications in G1, A4, and A5 (preferred)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds
- Full-time employment preferred
