Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and shocks, and are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing a wide variety of automotive services. Responsibilities include state inspections, oil and filter changes, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and tire dismounting/mounting/balancing. The role requires standing, bending, lifting items over 50 pounds, and working in a full-time position at one of the Mavis service centers in the Nashua/Tyngsborough area. Preferred qualifications include state inspection licenses and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5). Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent experience
- Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in auto repair
