Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services at Mavis Tire & Brakes locations, including undercar repairs such as brakes, struts, and shocks; perform state inspections, oil and filter changes, fluid checks, parts replacement, and tire mounting/balancing; role requires standing, frequent bending and lifting over 50 pounds; ideal candidates have 2 years of experience or training and a toolbox of personal tools; ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) and state inspection licenses are preferred; full-time position with benefits and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 2 years of automotive repair and/or training experience or equivalent education/experience
- Must possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
