Job Summary
Automotive Mechanics needed to inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of undercar services at Mavis Tire & Brakes. Responsibilities include inspecting components, repairing or replacing brakes, struts, and shocks, performing state inspections, changing oil and filters, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and dismounting/mounting/balancing tires. Candidates should be capable of lifting items over 50 pounds, and will benefit from state inspection licenses and ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) as preferred qualifications. The role emphasizes hands-on automotive repair at a high-volume service center with opportunities for career growth, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent education/experience
- Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in undercar repairs
