Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks on customer vehicles. Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and handle tire services such as dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing. Maintain an extensive personal toolbox for these tasks. This full-time role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting items over 50 pounds. Applicants must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and possess 2 years of automotive repair experience or training. Walk-in interviews are available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
- Must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- State inspection license(s)
- ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1)
- ASE Certifications in Suspension and Steering (A4)
- ASE Certifications in Brakes (A5)
