Automotive Mechanics at Mavis Tires & Brakes & Discount Prices perform a wide variety of undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks; complete state-mandated inspections; and handle routine duties such as oil and filter changes, fluid checks, parts replacement, and tire mounting/balancing. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing customers’ vehicles with an emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training, own a toolbox of personal tools, be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States, and be prepared for physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and repetitive movements.
