Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles, including undercar repairs, brakes, struts, and shocks. Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and handle tire operations like dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing. This full-time role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting items over 50 pounds. Walk-in interviews are available 7 days a week during store hours, or apply online at www.mavis.com/careers.
Required Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- possess an extensive tool box of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
- stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
- regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds

- ASE Certifications in Suspension and Steering (A4)
