Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles, including undercar repairs, brake work, strut and shock replacement, and state-mandated inspections. Complete oil and filter changes, fluid checks, part replacements, and tire operations such as dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing. Maintain an extensive toolbox of personal tools and possess at least two years of automotive repair experience. Work full-time in a state-of-the-art service center in Bowling Green, OH, with on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- Extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
- Must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- State inspection license(s)
- ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1)
- ASE Certifications in Suspension and Steering (A4)
- ASE Certifications in Brakes (A5)
