Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and shocks on customer vehicles. Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and handle tire services such as dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing. Perform repeated movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and regularly lift items over 50 pounds. Requires 2 years of automotive repair experience, a toolbox of personal tools, and an ASE certification in Suspension and Steering (A4) and Brakes (A5). Full-time role with competitive weekly pay, health benefits, and on-the-job training available at our Maple Shade, NJ location.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- Extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair
- Must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
