Automotive Mechanic Trainee Program at Pat Milliken Ford in Redford, MI. Start as a Junior Technician on an accelerated career path toward Intermediate Technician, then Lead Technician, and ultimately Ford Certified Technician. Begin on the Express Service Team performing oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake and tire inspections, suspension inspections, and maintenance cycle learning, while gaining exposure to experienced master technicians. During the initial six months, focus on cleanliness, drive and work ethic, punctuality, safety compliance, and task completion. Upon successful completion, gain access to Ford online training, offsite training, and state certifications with course reimbursement, building toward full Ford Certification. Must have a clean driver license; background check and drug screen required. This is a full-time role with a clear, progressive career path in a growing, well-established Ford dealership.
