Job Summary
Automotive Mechanic/Technician role within the Lou Fusz Automotive Network. Responsibilities include performing repairs per repair order, test-driving vehicles and components with diagnostic tools, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.), and communicating with the Service Advisor to update customers and estimate repair times. Ability to perform repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and collaborate with a team in a union environment. ASE certifications are ideal; a strong automotive background and teamwork skills are required; a clean and valid driver’s license and completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
