Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles, including A/C and emission issues, while performing test repairs and vehicle alignments efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and recommend services to customers, demonstrating the ability to set and achieve performance goals for the shop. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining dependability and meeting performance targets. ASE certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have sufficient years of experience in auto mechanics and diagnostics
- Can perform diagnosis efficiently
- Be experienced in making auto repairs, test repairs, and vehicle alignments in a timely manner
- Able to diagnose/troubleshoot A/C and emission issues
- Demonstrate the ability to set and achieve performance goals for the shop as a whole and individually
- Ability to recommend services
- Work well under pressure
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certifications are preferred
