Job Summary
Experienced Auto Technician role performing a full range of automotive repairs from light maintenance to heavy engine work, including diagnostics on various makes/models and electrical systems (including hybrids). Responsibilities include repairs from timing belts to suspension, wheel bearings and axles, and climate-control systems (AC/heater cores). Opportunity to work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers with access to state-of-the-art tools, plus company-paid healthcare, 401(k) with match, vehicle purchase discount, and training programs for skill/pay progression. Overtime may be required based on business needs. Must have at least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience and a valid driver’s license; ASE and tool-reimbursement programs are available as part of benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience with diagnosing electrical issues including hybrid/electric vehicles
- Able to perform general to complex repairs on multiple makes/models
- Must be able to pass background check
