Job Summary
Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, ranging from timing belts and suspension systems to heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles. Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems including ACs and heater cores. Work in a fast-paced production environment using state-of-the-art tools in high-tech Inspection Centers. This role requires mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
- ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- at least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- ability to work in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- ability to use safety equipment including face shield, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
