Job Summary
Design and develop test programs for automotive MCUs using LSI testers, focusing on product characterization and evaluation. Execute test design development for 28nm and 20nm processes while managing production setup, specification improvements, and maintenance. Leverage experience in semiconductor product evaluation or C/C++ programming to debug test code and investigate reliability improvements. This role supports production phase quality and cost reduction for Renesas' embedded semiconductor solutions across automotive, industrial, and IoT sectors. Hybrid work is available, with two days remote and team collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- 半導体製品(デジタル/アナログ)の評価、または LSI テスタを用いた業務経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：コミュニケーションレベル

- テストプログラミング作成/デバッグの経験
- 半導体製品の特性評価を行い、結果から改善のための調査や考察ができる
