Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across a wide range of domestic and foreign makes/models; perform full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections; work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively; adhere to safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards; collaborate with the service department and fellow technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
