Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles, perform thorough courtesy vehicle inspections, and troubleshoot guest concerns as part of a collaborative service team. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization while communicating effectively with the service department and fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results. Strong emphasis on problem-solving across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, with a focus on ongoing skill development and long-term career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
