Job Summary
Master Technician at Ciocca Ford of York with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, eligible for a yearly earning potential of $100K–$150K. Responsibilities include testing vehicles and components with diagnostic tools, diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C), and providing time estimates for repairs. Requires 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience, PA emissions licenses, and the ability to operate diagnostic equipment. ASE certification preferred; full-time role based in York, PA with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience
- PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses
- ASE Certification preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
