Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role focused on servicing vehicles with hands-on diagnostic and repair work across brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems. Includes oil changes, scheduled maintenance, tire maintenance, and road testing of vehicles. Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks and operate customer and company vehicles; ASE certifications supported via on-the-job training and company-funded programs. A strong emphasis on professional development, teamwork, and customer service within a supportive Bridgestone BSRO environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
- Valid automobile driver's license at all times
- Experience in automotive service industry preferred
- Reading, writing, and math skills
