Job Summary
Maintenance Technician is an entry-level role responsible for diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical; perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance; install and perform tire maintenance; install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems; road test vehicles. Requires a valid driver's license. Offers on-the-job training and ASE certifications with full and part-time benefits from day one at Firestone Complete Auto Care; includes medical, dental, vision, paid vacation/holidays, 401(k) and other employee programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
- Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
- Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
- Reading, writing, and math skills.
