Maintenance Manager to oversee dealership facility operations, performing daily inspections of the facility and equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, ensuring OSHA compliance and safety standards, and supporting facility upgrades to maintain a clean, safe, and operational environment for employees and customers. Requires experience in automotive/dealership maintenance, ability to lead safety initiatives, conduct trainings, and manage facilities to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in facility or building maintenance, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
