Job Summary
Diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles while maintaining strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation. Discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor, communicate additional service requests, and provide labor time estimates. Monitor repair time, update service advisors regularly, and complete story or documentation for client repairs. Assist in mentoring technician trainees and attend company and factory training to keep current with technical bulletins. Maintain valid driver's license and follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
- 2-4 years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License
- MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier

- ASE Certified
- Brand Certified
