Job Summary
Perform all lubrication services, including thorough checks of customer vehicles for battery, lights, and tires, while referring necessary repairs to the Service Advisor. Operate and maintain lubrication equipment, ensuring lifts are in proper working order and that the customer's car remains clean. Receive repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman, coordinate with the Production Foreman, and use adequate amounts of materials and supplies. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, immediately reporting any accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Two years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership
- Manual dexterity
- Good judgment
- Authorization to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
