Job Summary
Diagnose mechanical problems, provide preventative maintenance, and address customer concerns using provided training. Communicate repair recommendations with proper labor and time estimates, then execute repairs and replace parts as requested. Maintain a positive attitude while staying current on latest knowledge and training to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction. Work flexible shifts between 8am and 7pm Monday through Saturday, with Sunday hours from 9am to 4pm, in a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and humor.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles including the ability to stand for several hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
