Job Summary
Light Duty Technician training position at Napleton's Chevrolet of Wayzata. Performs multi-point inspection, advises service consultants of additional work, inspects fluid levels, checks tire air pressure, drains oil and refills, adds coolant, replaces oil and air filters, inspects vehicles for additional repairs, and performs other duties assigned by management. Paid training, paid manufacturer certifications, cross training, career advancement, flexible scheduling options, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Requires ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and prior experience in related roles, with a valid driver's license and the ability to undergo a background check. 18+ years of age, equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience as a lube tech, technician’s helper, or apprentice
- Constant bending, reaching, standing, walking
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
