Job Summary
Conduct daily high-volume warm lead outreach via CRM calls, texts, and follow-ups to close leases. Create short-form video content including vehicle walkarounds, customer deliveries, and day-in-the-life posts. Build personal brands on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to generate buzz and convert followers into appointments. Walk customers through the in-house financing program and hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Collaborate with the team to maximize opportunities while maintaining high energy on the lot and on camera. Full-time position with $35,000 guaranteed base plus uncapped commission, working five days a week with one day off.
