Job Summary
Lead and participate in the Car Care Leadership Development program to groom future leaders who will operate, lead, and maximize Car Care Center performance. Responsibilities include training with leaders across Car Care locations to become Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, or Service Advisor; manage customer service and sales processes, repair orders, and digital vehicle inspections; oversee operational, budgetary, and financial activities (payroll, expenses, shop efficiency); analyze financial and sales data to drive KPI performance; monitor inventory; coach and train staff; schedule staff; assist in recruitment and hiring; ensure safety compliance and maintain high customer service scores; address customer issues with solutions; collaborate with Area/Regional Manager on staffing, compensation changes, and terminations; maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Total compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 annually with potential bonuses; comprehensive benefits including 401k match, medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, parental leave; weekend and shift expectations include five-day work week; location: SC Pleasantburg Car Care Plus, United States of America.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or technical school graduate, certification
- Experience: Mechanical aptitude is required.
